What is Lightfoot Coaching?
We take a long-term, individualized approach to coaching. We like to look at all facets of a person's life—including athletics, but also concerning total stress and other life responsibilities.
We create custom programs for every athlete using Training Peaks software. With weekly check-ins and unlimited access via email and text, we are available to support you as you develop speed, a balanced approach to training, and joy through the process.
WHAT DOES COACHING LOOK LIKE?
Our coaching is customized to every athlete, and what an athlete needs may change on a monthly, weekly, or even daily basis. As such, we value communication and aim to check in with our clients throughout the week to adjust schedules, provide feedback, and understand the challenges unique to each athlete as an individual.
Our monthly coaching includes unlimited communication via email or text, weekly happy hour calls, pre-race preparation and guidance, a Training Peaks account, a customized training program through Training Peaks software, and belief in you as an athlete!
With academic backgrounds in nutrition, sports performance, and personal training, we are well equipped to provide a holistic approach that looks beyond solely the running part of a well-rounded training program and athlete mindset.
